updates on the day.

yesterday the 05-11-10 was our 11th month of engagement!
which means we have less than 3 months to the big day!

the days left are crucial for us to make decisions.

just yesterday,
i had confirmed on the wedding dress,
a gift from the partner.
it was hard picking out the cloths.
but for the dress design,
i already have something in mind after flipping through so many brides magazines.
only at the end of the month i will get to see the final results.

it was yesterday as well that we choose the colours for our room.
=)
the bed was chosen weeks back and one thing we like about it is the size.
haha!

my lunch reception cards are ready.
=)
however our dinner reception cards are not ready yet.
soon!

just 2 days back we met up with the people who are doing our decor for our dinner reception.
even though we have decided not to have a dais and she has yet to do any decor at our venue,
from the way she described how she is going to decorate the place,
the partner and i were impressed.
we have decided on our theme.
it is a garden theme.
=)

today,
there's appointment to meet one of the photographers for the dinner.
i am not going to spill it here.
hehe.
and perhaps search for our wedding favors.

our wedding costumes have been picked out.
4 pairs in total.
it was hard to choose what i would like to wear with so many choices.
but with the help of the partner's aunt,
we managed to pick 4 that i'm happy with.
=)
the final fitting will be nearer to the date.

honestly,
it is stressful handling it by ourselves.
but i know it will be worth it.

dinner programme are nicely done.
an event from 1730hrs to 2130hrs.
=)

somehow planning for the day has consumed me.
at times,
i forget the main reason for the day,
which is be thankful to the Almighty for the man i am going to settle my life with.
