alhamdulillah another trip!

it has been days since i've asked my family and friends to vote for us in a contest.
even though we knew that votes are not only the judging criteria,
we hoped that our entry made an impact on the voters and judges.
every day without fail,
i would check the website and my email to know the results.
days after days,
i waited patiently.

but it was only today that the results are out.
this was what greeted me.

my name.
it took me a while to digest and reread the details again.
alhamdulillah.
we get to go to mauritius.
it's really a dream come true.
i've always wanted to go either to maldives or mauritius to enjoy the scenery and beaches.
because it's rare to see clear blue beaches and i just find the place romantic for couples to share the experience together.

i can never thank all of you enough.
please know that you guys have made a difference in two people lives,
the partner and myself.
it's a wonderful feeling,
just like what we've experienced before.

since we are required to travel by august 2010,
it can't be our honeymoon trip unless we're able to extend it.
if not we'll take it as our graduation trip.
the partner's parents are most likely to accompany the both of us.
=)

apart from our wedding plans,
we also need to do research about mauritius.
it's always exciting to travel together!

away from that,
i've been eating a lot.

like today,
apart from the lunch that made me bloated,
i had corn cup


and cream puff.


look at the cream.

i got to admit that prima deli has a very good tasting cream.
i'm hooked to it!
it tasted so heavenly!

another cream puff i had 2 days back.


how can i not be putting on weight?
eat,
eat
and
eat!

regarding our wedding dinner,
more research to do!

before i end this,
i have to thank the Almighty for what He's given me.
