chinese new year visit

today,
the partner and i got hong baos.
=)
from his chinese grandfather (his late grandma's brother) and aunt.
it's a yearly routine to visit them during chinese new year.
for my side,
my family don't really visit my chinese grandmother (my grandma's sister) and her family.
but they do visit us during hari raya.



see that red packets in his pocket? his parents in the background.




his grandfather sat beside him and asked him.
"bila mahu kahwin? kahwin cepat-cepat. agong mahu tengok."
hahahah!
i sat there observing him.
the partner just smile and replied,
"lepas belajar nanti agong"

i can imagine how stressful it is to be the only child.
all hopes and dreams being placed on.
people expect good from you.
it's not easy.

same goes as being the eldest.
to be a 'good' role model to the other sisters and brothers.

every roles, there ought to be challenges.
too bad?

and sweetheart,
becoming your gf is a challenge that i am glad to take it up.
