out almost every day.
so to balance it out,
i had lots of rest!!
friday,
a date with shikin and suliza,
first up: singapore garden festival 2008.
secondly: attend a meeting (went back to the west)
thirdly: demspey hill for dessert (meet up with individual partners)
fourthly: supper!
a really great night!
we laughed from the time we met till the time we went home.
the garden festival was beautiful!
thank goodness i didn't miss it.
and i met nico,
the guy that i met 2 years back during my attachment in ecoflora.
he is a designer from netherlands.

during meeting,
we had balloting for a pair of national day preview tickets.
and i've won it!
it was the first time the partner and i watched the national day parade together.

while shikin already has a pair of tickets.
2008 parade
this year show was disappointing.
nevertheless, i enjoyed the fighter planes performance and the very, very, very grand fireworks!
early sunday morning,
i had to attend an observance ceremony.
pcf kids cycling, skating.
and we were entertained with performances.
the finale!
with singing of classic singapore songs.
then i had tuition.
then off to my primary school classmate wedding,
together with shikin and the partner.

i am so happy for you!
with the other classmates.
and the partner and i went to another wedding with his parents.
the wedding that we attended,
had connection with my family.
my family went on saturday though.
afterwhich,
rest a little while at the partner's house and we went vivo,
just to walk around.

the past few days was really great!
those singing-a-long in the car, to our little jokes to talks about the future,
i enjoyed them all.
