i'm glad you love your night baby!
you were grinning from the start till the end, you were excited awaiting for the next surprises,
all the planning is worth it.
and honey,
i love you now, then and forever.
as it's his night,
i fetched him from his house and head to the destination.
while he got in the car,
me : honey, what i've planned is that we're just gonna watch dvd in the car okay?
him: i anything.
we continued on talking about our day on the way to the place.
knowing that the partner had only 2 hours of sleep, i let him take a nap,
blindfolded.
which he did obeyed and he nap peacefully.
throughout the journey,
my heart beats faster maybe because i'm excited to see the reaction on his face and also i imagined executing the plan in my mind.
upon reaching the destination,
he was still napping while i prepared the area.
it took me 5 times to walk approximately 100m to and fro from the car to the area and carrying the stuff needed for the night.
everytime i walked back to the car,
he was still napping.
after setting the area up,
i woke him up.
in a daze,
i hold his hand to lead him to the place.
the blindfolded partner excited to take the blindfold off.
as he took off his blindfold,
his reaction was that he gave a little laugh in amazement and said "woah honey! it's very nice"
as he was greeted with a sight of 2 chairs and a table with candlelights and a nice scenery.
there were stars twinking and the moon shining proudly.
yes,
it was a candlelight dinner for the 2 of us.
first up,
we had mushroom soup which i did with the help of the campbell's mushroom soup.
he even had a second serving.
for his drink,
he had strawberry soda (on the left of the picture), which i did on the spot.
the partner enjoying his soup. (this smile reminded me of atiqah's smile)
next up was main dish.
i didn't prepare it,
before i met the partner,
i went to an eatzi branch at yishun and ordered the food,
which i got lost heading to his house.
he was surprised and impressed at the food.
he had mixed grill.
while i had grilled chicken.
when the clock strikes 12,
i handed him his birthday card.
after we're done with our dishes,
we had desserts.
his birthday cake!
him cutting the cake and can't wait to eat it!
he enjoying his cake.
to end off our romantic dinner,
we had sparkling juice.
him happy after hearing the loud 'pop' and looking at the direction of where the cork flew.
while cleaning up,
we just realised that we didn't take a photo together.

actually i wanted to go mount faber,
but after emailing the person in charge in nparks,
she said that open fires are not allowed.
so i scrap that place,
even though it might have a better scenery.
heading back,
he took the wheels.
we had seaweed to accompany us home.

alhamdulillah that the weather was good,
and that nothing cropped up.
and today,
another whole load of activities!
