the partner, his parents and i took our first all nippon airways flight to narita airport.
and the picture below is taken at 3-ish in the morning.
by the end of the flight,
i had an upset tummy and a giddy head.
i threw up on the plane after it landed.
and the hour plus bus ride to the hotel doesn't help.
it was only when i wasn't on any moving vehicle that i felt better.
on the way to the hotel,
we were greeted by sakura trees.
they were really beautiful.
since we had 4 hours to spare before checking in,
we decided to venture to the unknown.
we went to ueno to witness more sakura-s.
they were just so nice and pretty that i can't stop snapping pictures of them.
and of course the partner took this opportunity to take a look at transformers.
we went to akihabara and hunt for toys.
the end results?
3 new transformers collection.
we head back to the hotel and i managed to finish up the essay that was due.
thank goodness there was a free internet connection.
i couldn't be more happier.
hah!
at night,
we roamed around the city in search of halal food.
even though we didn't managed to find the shop we were looking for,
we still managed to eat at another place.
overall,
the trip to japan was indeed a memorable one,
especially on the last day,
after 5 minutes getting on the bus that was heading to the airport,
i realised that i left my handphone behind in the hotel room.
panic,
i asked the partner to stop the bus and let us off while i informed his parents about the situation.
the partner and i ran down the streets of shinjuku back to the hotel to get my phone.
haha!
we ran in the morning with eyes looking at us.
it doesn't matter because all i was thinking of was to retrieve my phone.
alhamdulliah my phone was under my pillow and we managed to get on the other bus.
another memorable incident was the time spent at disneyland.
that was purely fun!
the partner and i tried most of the rides and we had a great time laughing at our jokes.
we were like small kids giggling to one another.
the 5 days there,
i would be lying to say that the partner and i didn't had any argument.
i wanted it this way while he wanted it that way.
it really test our patience.
syukur alhamdulliah we managed to compromise with one another.
all in all,
we know we love one another.
honey,
from that trip,
i know i can live with you.
arguments somehow would end.
but loving you is something that would never end.
