and not having much rest,
the partner came over at 9pm to see me.
all because i miss him.
he, too misses me.
and that made my night.
he told his mom that he's seeing me because i miss him.
and his mom laughed upon hearing that.

we had ice cream while watching tv.
weeee!
i don't need any lavish dates to keep me happy and satisfied.
it's the simple things in every day life that makes my life worth it.
just him by my side,
him being himself and me being myself,
where we can fart, burp, scratch freely with each other presence,
teased each other,
and at times,
squabbling over the remote control and the channels to watch,
what matters are we are true to ourselves and we are definitely enjoying each other's company.
one compliment from him that made me smile,
"woah honey, you really know how to pamper me"
