when we first entered the place,
we were greeted by a beautiful tropical garden.
and i can still recognize some of the plants names,
like alocasia macrorrhiza.
before entering the capsule we had a choice to bring in a mobile guide of the tour.
it is useful and informative as they elaborate about the places and buildings.

the stretch of road below held sweet memories for me.
it was here when the partner fetched me, shikin and suliza after celebrating a birthday.

it was here when we sat down after a sweet date to celebrate my birthday and where i opened my 19th birthday present given by the partner which was surprising.

overall,
the experience is a nice one.
being able to see almost the whole of singapore which is surrounded by tall concrete buildings.

except that today we went there when there's still light.

while i'll be more like a strict mother (poor them!).
looking at him handle atiqah that day when she cried shows me a lot.
he has a lot of patience and he would tried all he could to console the kids.

there were also several occasions that shows me he has the attributes of a fun and caring father.
only perhaps,
he would spoilt them with toys!
anyway back to where i was,
the marina barrage.
oh yes,
you know what is fun?
the kids and us played catching!
yes we ran around the place.
man,
it was a good workout since the place is huge and not crowded.
to end it off we had a 100m dash!
i felt good running knowing that the partner is at the same speed with me.

i accept that we didn't have a proper gear.
i know you always win me lah.
and our day just didn't end there.
the adults who consists of nenek and his parents head home.
while we,
head to mind's cafe.
wooweee!
this time we played much more interesting games!
it is really fun to see everyone of us enjoying ourselves.
laughing and playing every games with enthusiasm.
the partner came over my house since his parents are already over at my house watching soccer.
