5 weeks of relaxing and lots of enjoying!
ahhhhhhhhhh.....
so nice.
what a reward after those stressful revisions.
i am truly glad that it's over.
i managed to go to the library and borrow comics to kill time!
my all time favourite - foxtrot comics (a family comic)
and cathy (a comic which relates to the daily stress that women face everyday, like men, clothes, sales, weight, etc)
i'm going to have a good time laughing at it.
i am just home from a meeting at the cc.
it's been so long since i've been there to attend meetings due to the busy schedule of assignments, essays and exams.
the chairman was concerned that i've lose lot of weight and asked whether my diet was okay.
i told her that i still eat what i want to eat.
recently,
people have been commenting about my weight loss.
actually i don't really care about my weight.
just as long that i'm in the healthy range for my body mass index(bmi), i'm happy enough.
no doubt i feel good about people noticing it but having too many people being concerned about it worries me.
because i have no idea how i lose weight.
is it because i have an illness?
or perhaps eversince i took the health psychology module,
it make me aware about my health, and how to improve on it.
there is no direct correlation between a factor and losing weight.
there are severval factors that intertwine which contribute to it.
i'll list down the things that i've been doing.
eat the food that i've been cravings. (chocolates, cakes, ice cream)
sleep a lot! (really a lot)
cut down on soft drinks.
eat healthy meals which consists of both vegetables and meat.
decrease my visits to the fast food restaurants.
lastly, stress.
and ladies,
you should try to sleep a lot!
why?
there are numerous articles on the net that claims that more sleep lead to weight loss.

so for those who are trying to lose weight,

no gurantee results though.
even though i lose weight,
i am not considered healthy.
because i don't exercise, except for climbing 4 storeys up and down.
i don't know whether i'll still be climbing up the stairs when the lift is ready.
this saturday,
a birthday cum get together party, not for me though.
good food + fun games + great bunch of people = awesome party!
nenek is already thinking of the food that she wants to prepare.
ma and mama in are thinking of games to keep the guests entertain.
the kids are getting excited.
the guests have confirm their attendance.
now,
we'll just wait till the day comes.
i was thinking of bringing the kids to the b&j chunk festival this saturday.
well,
we shall see since it clashes with the party.
i've always like family bonding through birthday celebration.
this is when all of us reward ourselves with laugher and happiness.
my family is made up of fun and easy going people who appreciate life.
we may not be very well off but we are rich with emotional love.
we can always count on each other for support and care.
i wish to bring up my children in the warmth environment that i was brought up in because without them i won't know what is family love is all about.
syukur alhamdullilah.
nenek is really nice.
i wanted to eat lontong one morning,
and yesterday she prepared it for me.
i was surprised.
and today,
she cooked chilli crab for us.
her grandchildren are so lucky.
the weather is so warm!
*sighs*
i doubt i can sit for 10 mins without sweating.
it just makes me to want to have a fan attached to me where ever i go.
i think now is the correct timing for the the rainy season to commence!
haha.
so i can sleep longer and laze around!
eversince i studied at home for the exams,
there will always be a kring kring kring kring ring ring in the afternoon.
when ever i heard it,
i would literally jump up and ask fatin to help me but ice cream.
it's the movable ice cream van.
i can't wait to have it tomorrow!

right now i gotta help the partner to find some stuff that he needed for his talk tomorrow.
