husband does remember dates

who says husband don't remember dates/days well?

yesterday morning conversation:
my husband asked me "honey, do you know what date is it?"
I answered him "it's the 30th, a wednesday" and at the same time think hard whether there is any special occasion.
giving up, I added on "nothing special honey, what day is it today then?"
he gave me a quick response "it's the 30th! we're watching the lion king tonight!"
"OH YA AH!"

another incident,
he smsed me "honey, do you know what day is it today?"
that day was a monday,
so I replied, "a monday honey, got what ah?"
in a few seconds I've received a reply, "it's monday and it means amazing race!"

I am starting to lose touch with the dates and days.
my husband is remembering the dates and days better than I am.
need to catch up with him.
=)

so yesterday night,
we went to watch the lion king musical.
even before we got married,
he already got us the tickets.
he told me in November perhaps, "honey, make your 30th march free. a surprise for you."
both of us were surprised at how near our seats were to the stage.

back to the musical,
it was fantastic!
great props, singers, characters.
highly recommended!
it was very entertaining throughout.

you made me smile like a fool again.
